Information about Version 2.1

V2.1 is now available.

The following amendments are made to version 2.0.2:

• A basic exam selection facility is included, allowing PIN, Ethnicity and Special Needs data to be stored and printed for students
• The PIN, Ethnicity and Special Needs data can be stored for five pre-selected exam bodies and three user-defined exam bodies
• Parent details are now shown on the Student screen and it is possible to link from Student to Parent and back
• Notes fields have been added to the Student, Parent and Class records
• The option to delete invoices less than a year old has been added
• Users can change the font settings for various print outputs:
  • registers
  • class lists
  • parent labels
  • list of students with telephone contacts
  • list of students (full contact details)
• Users can choose to exclude past students from printed student lists:
  • list of students with telephone contacts
  • list of students (full contact details)
  • birthday list
  • parent labels
• Users can change the number of lines printed on each page of class lists, registers, student contact details and telephone list
