I am running a Summer School based on the musical Grease from 13th to 17th August culminating in a performance for family and friends. The classes are lead by professional dance, drama and singing coaches and are suitable for 7 to 16 year olds, with or without experience. The Summer School is held in Gateshead Tyne and Wear in my dance studios. I have been running Summer School both in this country and in Europe for over 15 years. Dance School For Sale - Dublin, Ireland

Syllabus followed in the ISTD for Ballet and Modern Theatre Dance from Primary until Advanced II in both subjects. Exam sessions are held twice a year.

The school takes in children from 4 years of age progressing onto the Primary class to commence the exam process. All students reach exam standard but are reminded that the exams are not compulsory in order to move to the next level.

Excellent staff teacher who wishes to remain with the school. Good rapport with parents who are most supportive and helpful. Fees are paid within the first two weeks of every term.

We also have an Adult Beginner Programme in Ballet and Jazz Dance.

There are 140 pupils, including the adult programme, in the school at the moment. Most children attend 2 classes a week, one ballet one modern.

Caroline Atkinson (teacherballetstudents@yahoo.com) has “Nutcracker Costumes for a full-length Nutcracker ballet. The costumes are truly beautiful and ex-Stamford City Ballet (Balanchine).

We have Victorian costumes for the party scene for children as well as adults complete with bustles and pantaloons, 3 different size Clara dresses, pink suit for the nephew, maids dresses, corsages and velvet pillows, Victorian dolls and a hobby horse. The little bed for the Nutcracker. Rats and the seven-headed rat king. 18 soldiers in navy and gold with red plumed feathers in their hats. The little bunny outfit and the little drum.

12 angels in cream satin accented with gold hooped skirts and full-length underskirts. 18 snowflake costumes with crowns made of pearls and crystals, the snow queen tutu and cavalier jacket. In the land of sweets we have chocolate, Russian dancers, candy canes, Chinese dancers, Arabian, waltz of the flowers, marzipan. Sugar plum fairy costume and matching cavalier jacket in rose-colored velvet.

We would like $10 000 for the entire set. Value is $30 000. Shipping would be extra.”
